The Vinyl Kings are
the ultimate party band. They play the songs you want to hear the way you want to hear them: classics from the sixties performed with spirit, uncanny attention to detail, and a touch of humor. Whether it's the Beatles, Motown, R&B, or good old American Rock & Roll, when the Vinyl Kings are rockin', you can close your eyes and swear you're at Shea Stadium, the Cavern or The Apollo Theatre.

I brought Joe Stampley to the show last night as he had never heard you guys. I've been telling him about you for years and I finally got him down there. He was absolutely blown away and we actually could not hear well where we were seated. Joe was in a band called The Uniques back in the 60s and actually did "American Bandstand", "Where The Action Is", etc. so he can really relate.
The new material was just great. Trying to write like anyone can be a dangerous exercise, but you guys seem to have pulled it off with taste and musicianship. I heard more good new music last night than I've heard in this town in many years. Kudos to all you guys.
I would love to see ya'll work with the Nashville Symphony (Italian Street Fair?) and incorporate real strings with some Beatle material. Can you imagine "I Am the Walrus", or "All You Need is Love" being performed live?
Oh well...continued success to you guys and I'm so glad I have a favorite Nashville band again. (Mel and the Party Hats, Sons of the Beach, Jason & the Scorchers, Diamond Rio, Rascall Flatts, etc. just weren't cutting it)

I caught the gig at 3rd for the release party. I am gonna buy your CD. The show was terrific, The quality of musicianship was beyond excellent, and the ambience from the band to the crowd was/is magical. It's like there were a vault of songs found, unreleased, by the Beatles. By all means, keep it going!

Enjoyed your performance @3 rd/ Linsley last Sunday nite! I was 14 yrs. old when I saw the Beatles on Ed Sullivan. Those guys definitely had an impact on my appreciation for almost all types of music. Had the Beatles kept together as a band, they probably wouldn't have been as good as you guys are. Bought your CD and have listened to it several times over the last few days, and I think it's GREAT !!!
Thanks for a great night!

THANKS SO MUCH to all you guys for the great music last night ( and every time you play!) . I so needed to celebrate life and dance and be light-hearted and I got to do that last night. I needed a V.K. fix! And not only do you guys play and sing wonderful music....the 4 of you that I know are also sweet guys. What a wonderful combination! Anyway, it was terrific groovin' to your jams and seeing your sweet faces. Keep it comin! We listened to the CD on the way home to Columbia last night after the gig....it's awesome! Tell Leanne it was good to see her also last night. Can't make the gig Oct. 19th as we will be doing our own gig selling Lemonade and Roasted Corn at the Bell Buckle show..we'll be really late coming home so....look forward to the next one you have. Thanks for e-mailing me with dates...I don't always get to read the paper and would miss out on dates if I didn't hear from you. Take good care and see you soon. Keep on Rockin'!
Peace, Susan

Hi,
We bought the CD and enjoyed last night tremendously.   We danced so much upstairs that we were worn out today!  Thanks for a magic evening...again.  I told my friend that I took with me that your music would change her life.  She said she couldn't go to sleep last night for the "high" she was on from the music.  Another believer has been born!                Julia
