The renowned and accomplished Vinyl Kings, comprised of Josh Leo, Larry Lee, Jim Photoglo, Vince Melamed, Larry Byrom, Harry Stinson, and Michael Rhodes, released their Beatles-inspired and critically-acclaimed album of original songs, "A Little Trip", this fall. The cd release show was so packed and so enjoyed the band had another cd release show to celebrate shortly after the first.

The Vinyl Kings are seven of the most successful members of the music industry in songwriting, singing ,performing, and producing, with dozens of #1 hits and #1 records to their credit. Individually, they have contributed their many talents to dozens of chart topping hits of rock and country superstars such as Sting, Bob Dylan, Elton John, Glenn Frey of the Eagles, Shania Twain, Bob Seger, Faith Hill, Tina Turner, Jimmy Buffett, Dan Fogelberg, Peter Frampton and Neil Young, and dozens more. They began in the late 80's when the music professionals felt a strong desire to outlet their abundance of creative energy and years of experience helping shape the face of music. Before long, the band was one of the most celebrated in Nashville, thrilling crowds, packing clubs and building an impressive name in the live music scene through their remarkable originals and renditions of classic hits like "A Hard Days Night", "Back in the USSR", "Street Fighting Man", "Ain't That Peculiar", and "We Gotta Get Out of This Place".

"If I were Paul McCartney, I would sue these guys they're so good!" says long-time friend Jimmy Buffett. Martina McBride agrees. "Fun, fearless and wildly entertaining!"

With "A Little Trip", their first original and impressively conceptual album, the Vinyl Kings seek to pay homage to their musical inspirations, namely the Beatles, and the era of music history that changed their lives forever.

The Vinyl Kings play regularly in Nashville, and also play charity benefits for worthy causes like Second Harvest Food Bank, Metro Schools Music Department and the Tennessee Environmental Council, and also played a critical role in the building of the Stepping Stone Park for the Salvation Army in downtown Nashville.
